Corporate Governance

Our relationship with our stakeholders is of upmost importance and has been key to NPA’s growth and development. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring that all business within our authority is conducted according to the most rigorous ethical,

professional and legal standards. We operate as an autonomous agency under the Government of Liberia. However, to ensure accountability, fairness and transparency, the National Port Authority of Liberia is governed by an esteemed Board of Directors that is representative of both the government and our business landscape. Our Board, a summation of 16 members, consists of Ministers, civil society leaders and Liberian business men and women. The board is chaired by Dr. Henrique Tokpa
