Hon. Nebo obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, from the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU), Camp Johnson Road, Monrovia, Liberia.
She obtained a host of professional certificates from different International Organizations including the United Nations World Food Programme.
She is a graduate of the B.W.Harris Episcopal High School, Monrovia, Liberia.
In 2018, H.E Dr. George M. Weah Sr. appointed Hon. Nebo as Deputy Managing Director for Administration at the National Port Authority.
Prior to her appointment, Hon. Nebo served as Executive Director for Human Resources of the National Port Authority.
Hon. Nebo also served different Institutions in various positions including Assistant Coordinator, National Social Security and Welfare Corporation (NASSCORP), Administrative Assistant United Nations World Food Programme, Administrative Manager ChildFund International as well as Office Assistant, Immigration Organization for Migration (IOM) among others.
Hon. Diana Nebo is a goal-getter and confident executive with a recognized track record in solemn industrials relation. She is steadfast and passionate about delivering services and demonstrating love for her country. Madam Nebo is God fearing, devoted and dutiful; she leads effectively by encouraging, motivating, and inspiring others in achieving their goals.

As Managing Director at the National Port Authority of Liberia, in close consultation with the Board of Directors, Hon Nebo is responsible to plan, organize and direct the entire administrative activities of the NPA.
Preceding the mandate of H.E Dr. George M. Weah Sr. to serve as Managing Director, Hon. Diana Nebo, served as Deputy Managing Director for Administration executing the following duties and responsibilities:
She oversees the Human Resource, Training, Property & Environment, Claims and Transportation and Procurement Departments; Security and Logistics and Automation.
She assists the Managing Director in handling and coordinating matters with government ministries/agencies and other National and International agencies.
Approves all Personal Action forms of the National Port Authority.
Scrutinizes and approves all local travel requests for administrative staff, in addition, foreign travel requests shall be received and submitted to the Managing Director for approval.
Receives and submits all travel requests to the Managing Director for approval.
Make periodic visits to outstation ports for a general review of all administrative matters to ensure efficiency and smooth operation of the delisting of the Freeport from the US Coast Guard red List.
Constantly reviews and evaluates matters relating to employees’ benefits such as the policy covering pension and insurance scheme, transportation, perdiem allowance, etc, and makes appropriate recommendations to Management.
Represents Managing Director at various meetings and conferences.
Serves as Acting Managing Director, when designated in the absence of the Managing Director.
Consults, advice, and recommendations to Management for the requisite administrative procedure and best practice to yield productivity.
Conducts periodic evaluation of activities of all Administrative Sections/ Departments.
Instructs the Training Department through the Human Resource Department to recommend and provide basic on-the-job training.
Reviews existing corporate policy documents to initiate amendments where necessary.
